Lynne has personally been working with Sybiz Accounting solutions for over 30 years. As one of the "pioneer" agents for this leading accounting software, Lynne provides her clients confidence with the recommendations she makes to streamline their business systems.

With an extensive bookkeeping and small business management background, Lynne specializes in analysing the needs of both prospective and existing clients by recommending the best Sybiz solution for their environment that she is sure will take their business into the future.

Lynne also leads the team of qualified support personnel, ensuring that the implementation of your new system will be handled professionally and with minimal disruption to your business. Lynne also loves getting involved with many aspects of training as she enjoys the aspect of working closely with her clients and empowering them with her extensive knowledge of the software.

Len McGrath

Len has been working with manufacturing and accounting software since the late '70's and has been working closely with Sybiz Vision since 1995.

Complimenting Lynne's role of recommending applications, Len ensures that your operating system is the right environment to allow your software to function efficiently and grow.

Dean has been an important member of the Visionaries technical team since 1995 and is very familiar with Sybiz applications and troubleshooting problems in most office environments.

Dean specialises in technical support of Sybiz applications. He also develops many individual reports with Crystal report writing, BIC reports and user defined forms, helping you to individualise your system.

 

Monica Boland

Monica studied at Deakin University, qualifying with a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Accounting.

Monica has been using Sybiz Vision for over 10 years and has kept up to date with the many software enhancements via formal Sybiz training opportunities.

Monica enjoys troubleshooting accounting/bookkeeping and payroll problems, as well assisting many regular clients with BAS preparation, reporting and End of financial year reconciliation for both Sybiz Vision and Visipay. She also conducts many of our Authorised Training Courses on Sybiz Visipay.

Aaron McDonald

Aaron has had a wide variety of knowledge covering 18 years in the IT industry. Aaron’s wide range of experience enables him to provide a quality solution to his customers without being limited to a certain field and he has a well rounded skill set to enable the support of a wide range of clients.

The most important skill that Aaron has developed is his ability to manage a client. Aaron strives to have a strong relationship with his clients, instilling confidence on both a person and technical level.

Jackie has an extensive background in accounting and administration. Jackie achieved her diploma of business accounting in the late 80’s and since then has worked consistently in various financial/bookkeeping roles.

Jackie has used numerous accounting packages over the years, including Sybiz Vision. Jackie has over 10 years of experience using Sybiz Vision as a financial controller, gaining extensive knowledge of the software. She enjoys all facets of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.

Jackie is like a “dog with a bone” when it comes to reconciliations including BAS.

Dean has a variety of knowledge that covers several years in the IT Software Development area. He has studied a Bachelor of Business at Monash University.

Dean strives to maintain strong customer relationships while providing quality solutions. Dean believes that “There are no problems, just solutions waiting to be discovered”.

Charmaine has developed extensive experience in customer service and business management gained in small and large Australian businesses over the past 30 years. Her career includes roles managing small retail businesses and managing small teams of customer service assistants.

She has advanced knowledge of business management and administration that is complimented by her ability to analyse business performance.
