Visionaries was founded by Lynne McGrath in 1985, beginning life as Business Accounting Systems. Rebranding and looking to the future in 2001, Visionaries was lauched with a renewed commitment to providing exceptional solutions for clients in Victoria and across Australia. Lynne was recognised for her lifetime dedication and service as the inagural inductee into the Sybiz Hall of Fame. Lynne selected a dedicated team of customer focused professionals to continue the Visionaries mission after her retirement in 2012.
Continuing the legacy
An experienced team, qualified in accounting, payroll, business administration, programming and network engineering amoungst other areas, with a clear and determined focus on exceptional customer service has been providing services and support to our clients for over 20 years. Our approach to partnering with our clients ensure we get to know them, their business, processes, staff and goals. This approach has seen us grow our client base well beyond Victoria & Australia, with international clients now a part of the Visionaries family. This business partnership is vital to our clients being able to take their business around the world and into the future.

Monica Boland
Managing Director
Monica is the Managing Director of Visionaries, taking the reigns from her mentor Lynne McGrath in 2012. Monica studied at Deakin University, qualifying with a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Accounting. Monica has been using Sybiz Vision for over 20 years and has kept up to date with the many software enhancements via formal Sybiz training opportunities. Monica enjoys troubleshooting accounting/bookkeeping and payroll problems, as well assisting many regular clients with BAS preparation, reporting and End of financial year reconciliation for both Sybiz Vision and Visipay. She also conducts many of our Authorised Training Courses. Her many years of experience with Sybiz clients has given her the opportunity to take on the leadership of the Visionaries team, ensuring you the end user can count on the best level of support and service in the business.
